Our P&C events are only possible because parents and carers volunteer their time - not just to help on the day, but to plan, organise and bring them together behind the scenes.

As we look towards 2027, we’re hoping to grow the group of people involved in this side of our events and share the responsibility across more of our school community.

You don’t need to join the P&C Executive, and we’re not asking you to commit to running an event on your own.

What we are looking for are people willing to take ownership of a piece of the planning and see it through — whether that’s organising stock and supplies, coordinating volunteers, managing sponsors, looking after communications or helping coordinate an event.

We already have event plans, supplier contacts, templates and experience to share, so you won’t be starting from scratch.
